Registered students may use this training time, as they would like (grappling, wrestling, sparring etc.). There will be a CSD instructor in the room, available to the students during the session. Each session ends with a student led Bible discussion. This is a great opportunity for CSD students to invite and share the CSD experience with family and friends or simply get some extra training time in each week.
