Adult Competition Team
The Conquest Self Defense grappling teams participate in No Gi Grappling tournaments locally and outside Washington State.
These teams have been developed for the purpose of giving all of our grappling students a chance to experience live competition and to test themselves on the mat.
We believe that competition provides the atmosphere that will test the student’s heart and provide the arena where each athlete may develop, both mentally and spiritually, while cultivating an identity in Christ with a desire to bring Him glory first and foremost. We encourage our students to strive in competition, with the knowledge that God has blessed the athlete with the opportunity to compete at his or her highest level for one’s enjoyment and His glory.

Team ReGISTRATION is CLOSED
The CSD Adult Competition Grappling Team is offered to students 18+ years old. CSD adult competition team members will commit to the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6pm-8pm, with an additional 4th practice & discipleship offered each week
Adult competition team members receive –
There are no team member fees for this opportunity. However, there is an expectation that the team members will attend the three practices offered each week, as well as a commitment to participate in weekly small-group discipleship (provided by CSD Coaches), as often as they are able attend.
Adult competition team members receive –
- Weekly training and practices (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- The Friday “Team Only Practices” which includes small group discipleship training and competition specific practice.
- Additional opt-in, team specific training (Option #1)
- CSD competition rash guard and shorts (Option #1)
- Paid entry fees (Option #1)
- Coaches assigned at each tournament
