Self-Defense Classes
Conquest Self Defense is a Kajukenbo Ge Shou Dao academy. Students are instructed in the Kajukenbo Ge Shou Dao self-defense system, which is a progressive, hybrid martial art that combines Karate, Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Kenpo, and Boxing.
All classes include a Christ centered Bible message presented before or after training.
