Vision Statement
The vision of Conquest Self Defense is to turn Tacoma and the surrounding communities to Jesus Christ.

"How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? How will they preach unless they are sent?” Rom 10:14-15

Mission Statement
The mission of Conquest Self Defense is to proclaim and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the arena of martial arts, developing ambassadors of Christ, ready to give an account of the hope that is in them.

"Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were entreating through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God." 2 Cor 5:20

“But sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, always being ready to make a defense to everyone who asks you to give an account for the hope that is in you, yet with gentleness and reverence;” 1 Peter 3:15

Strategy
The 3C Strategy: Cost, Challenge, Connect

Cost barriers are removed by offering self-defense training for the cost of a donation. Removing this obstacle allows many families to take advantage of the training they may not otherwise afford.
Challenge students to reflect Christ in their homes, schools, and community through service, Bible study and one-on-one discipleships. Our goal is to disciple students who are interested in growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ and then going and making more disciples of Christ.
Connect churches by partnering with local pastors and church leaders through direct involvement at CSD, fostering an opportunity to build relationships that result in church attendance and service through the local Body of Christ.
